Half-Day Tour to 2 Wineries in Madrid and Chinchon Region
We had a wonderful day!!! Our guide and driver (who also owns his own winery a bit further away) was awesome & we had so much fun. Our weather wasn’t the best, it rained and was sunny on and off but we still made the most of it and our guide made it even better. We felt very safe and we learned so much while getting to experience so much of wine making in Spain (Madrid Region)!! We even had a break for coffee in the region. The owner of the first winery was so entertaining and informative and the second winery had an incredible network of caves under the property, where they stored the wines. Excellent Wine Tour with Enrique
We had an amazing day visiting three wineries with Enrique as our guide and driver. He was incredibly knowledgeable, super friendly, and made the whole experience fun and easy. He speaks perfect English and Spanish, so everything was smooth and comfortable from start to finish. One of the highlights was that he’s also an olive oil maker and gave us a free tasting of his own olive oil — and wow, it was delicious. We ended up buying some because it was genuinely the best we’ve had. If you’re looking for someone who knows the area, knows wine, and takes great care of his guests, Enrique is the one to book. Wine Tour Madrid Review
My friends and I went on a two day tour of Ribera Del Duero with Enrique. We had a truly incredible experience. Enrique planned the entire trip for us, including pick up and drop off in Madrid, and did an excellent job with the itinerary. He took us to some incredible vineyards and we had such a great time meeting the staff/owners of the vineyards and drinking great wines. I would have had no idea which vineyards to go to on my own / don't think we would have been able to access these vineyards without Enrique's help, so I'm so glad that we booked through Wine Tours Madrid. Wineries near Madrid with family!

The BEST wine tour in Spain!!
My mom and I went on the 3 day wine tour with Enrique, and it was absolutely incredible. From pick up to drop off, we had the best time! We visited Ribera del Duero, Rioja, and San Sebastián. Throughout the three days, we had lots of delicious wine, met wonderful people, and learned so much about Spanish culture and the history of wine in Spain. Enrique was so gracious to squeeze us into his calendar with short notice and planned with us ahead of time to ensure we had the best experience. We did a wine tour each day, and Enrique did an awesome job picking three places that were so different to where the tour experience felt completely unique. We also did wine tastings at a couple other bodegas each day, all of which were wonderful. I have some dietary restrictions, and Enrique ensured I had something yummy to eat everywhere we went. His thoughtfulness in planning truly made the experience perfect. Not only did we learn so much from Enrique at the all the bodegas, on the drives from place to place, and eating together, we gained a friend. This unique tour is a must!
My husband and I had a beautiful day with Enrique exploring two very special wineries where we got to personally meet the vineyard/winery owners and wine makers, at wineries that have been in the same family for multiple generations. We tasted a variety of wines and learned about the winemakers different processes. Enrique lives locally and is a winemaker himself, and he has a deep wealth of knowledge about the region and the areas wines. He has personal relationships with the winemakers so you get a behind the scenes feel for the culture of winemaking here. We also visited a Chinchon, a picturesque local village with a medieval history and bullfighting ring (temporarily erected, but about to come down so that the village could again use the square). Please note - this is NOT a big corporate company that outsources the tours to contracted guides. This is Enrique's own small business and passion - he runs a small, boutique, local business, so if you book this tour you not only get a very unique, personalized experience, you are also supporting a locally-owned and run business.
