Cancellations by the User: except for specific policy indicated in each activity, the general rule is: cancellation up to 48 hours before, 100% refund; cancellation with less than 48 hours, no refund. No-show is equivalent to cancellation without refund.
Cancellations by the agency or suppliers: may occur due to force majeure, weather, unavailability of the supplier or security reasons. The User may choose between a new date or a full refund.

7. Package tours
If the contracting includes two or more main tourist services sold together, it is considered a package tour and the rights provided for in Royal Decree-Law 23/2018 apply: prior information, assistance at destination, refunds for justified cancellation or reservation transfers to another traveler when possible.
